This microsite was designed and developed by Redmoth. Content for the microsite was conceived by the Equal Opportunities Commission. Content and design were then further developed in a three-way partnership with young people from Beatbullying, an award-winning charity working with thousands of young people across the UK.

Young people came together in advisory panels to discuss the development and progress of the site and to advise the adults at Redmoth and the Equal Opportunities Commission. Review sessions were also conducted online to access a bigger geographic sample of young people and to garner much needed regional input. Reviews were conducted at key stages of the development process from conception through to production.
